Innovative Stone Installation Products
Masonry just got easier.
The GGP Lifter: Saving Your Manpower
Masons undergo backbreaking labour. The GGP Lifter (patent pending) saves a lot of strain. This lifting device can lift up to 4000 lbs. (maximum 4 foot distance), and can even lift 800 lbs. at a 24 foot distance.
Since The GGP Lifter will do the heavy lifting for you, your crew will experience fewer injuries, sore backs, and aching muscles, and will expend less energy. The bottom line? Less down time, better production per worker, and better compensation records. It's win-win-win!
Overflowing with Potential Uses
The GGP Lifter can help you install heavy items such as I-beams, angle iron, large sills, concrete, stone, and so on - all while involving very little physical lifting by masons and labourers, which of course is a real boon to productivity.
The GGP Lifter is versatile, and can be attached to several spots on your scaffolding, depending where the load needs to be installed. (Note: The GGP Lifter should be no more than 8 ft from the outside of your towers; towers should be tied in to the building at double the normal safety specifications.)
Lifting of items for placement is not the only use to which you can put The GGP Lifter. You can also deploy it for adding towers, disassembling your mast climber without the use of your forklift, and more. You can make grouting block walls an easier task by hanging your grout hopper from The GGP Lifter - enabling you to reach positions that even forklifts cannot. With the optional cable hoist installed, high-rise construction is made an easier task, as you can use The GGP Lifter to pull up mud tubs, brick, or block.
Complement and Extend Your Other Equipment
Extend the usability of your forklift by installing The GGP Lifter on your forks. If your forklift has auxiliary hydraulics, The GGP Lifter can be deployed on the end of the boom.
Easy to Use
The GGP Lifter can be operated by two workers (with radio remote option), and can easily be transported via your pump cart.
When not in use, The GGP Lifter is compact, taking up little room on your mast-climbing scaffold.
Options
The GGP Lifter is powered by your scaffolding's hydraulic power pack, so no extra motor or pump is required, although an optional hydraulic power pack is available if your application demands it.
Other options available:
- Cable hoist
- Radio remote (enables increased maneuverability and requires less manpower)
Patent is pending for this innovative system.
